Sammie was great! He worked so hard to install our system and was here for hours trying to make it work. Our internet would not reach the outdoor cameras and he had a solution to get it to work. I couldn’t get my google assistant to work and I kept trying to make it work and I ended up deleting my whole home and he was patient and helped me get it set back up. He was great and I appreciate him very, very much!!

Paul was extremely efficient and walked us through the entire process. He was very helpful explaining the installation and app details. I would recommend him to anyone who needs ADT installation. Paul had to clean up after another installer and he did so remarkably well. We would use him again.

Lee was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond to explain every detail to us and make sure we understood everything. He was so knowledgeable and professional and really helped us to get a system in place that fits our needs. He is the BEST!!! Also, just a genuinely kind person.

Justin was wonderful. He installed the system quickly and was very patient about explaining how the different elements of the system worked and how to use the keypad and my phone. He answered all my questions. I am so glad that I chose ADT. Their staff is excellent.
