Matt – my tech was on time friendly and efficient. I just moved into a condo. He carefully explained my existing old system and then lined out 3 options on the floor with each of the actual boxes and equipment so I could visually see it. He patiently responded and when we settled on the equipment he went to work. What i liked was he included me in the placement of equipment so it wasn’t an eye sore or be blocked by furniture to come. He also was extremely patient in teaching me how to use each piece of the system. His work was neatly done and he stayed over 8 hours to finish. His pleasant personality made the day go by quickly and last night I felt safe and secure. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Sammie was great! He worked so hard to install our system and was here for hours trying to make it work. Our internet would not reach the outdoor cameras and he had a solution to get it to work. I couldn’t get my google assistant to work and I kept trying to make it work I ended up deleting my whole home and he was patient and helped me get it set back up. He was great and I appreciate him very, very much!!

Shreveport ( SHREEV-port) is a city in the U.S. state of Louisiana. It is the third most populous city in Louisiana after New Orleans and Baton Rouge, respectively. The Shreveport–Bossier City metropolitan area, with a population of 393,406 in 2020, is the fourth largest in Louisiana, though 2020 census estimates placed its population at 397,590. The bulk of Shreveport is in Caddo Parish, of which it is the parish seat. It extends along the west bank of the Red River (most notably at Wright Island, the Charles and Marie Hamel Memorial Park, and Bagley Island) into next to Bossier Parish. The United States Census Bureau’s 2020 census tabulation for the city’s population was 187,593, though the American Community Survey’s census estimates certain 189,890 residents.
Shreveport was founded in 1836 by the Shreve Town Company, a corporation standard to produce a town at the juncture of the newly navigable Red River and the Texas Trail, an overland route into the newly independent Republic of Texas. Prior to Texas becoming independent, this trail entered Mexico. It grew throughout the 20th century and, after the discovery of oil in Louisiana, became a national middle for the oil industry. Standard Oil of Louisiana (absorbed by Standard Oil of New Jersey and now allocation of ExxonMobil) and United Gas Corporation (now allocation of Pennzoil) were headquartered in the city until the 1960s and 1980s. After the loss of jobs in the oil industry, the near of Shreveport Operations (a General Motors vehicle factory), and supplementary economic problems it struggled when a declining population, poverty, drugs and violent crime. However, the city continues in its efforts to revitalize its infrastructure, revive the economy through diversification, and humiliate crime. Despite these efforts, the city witnessed the largest number of homicides in its recorded records in 2021, eclipsing the previous photograph album set in 1993.
