Matt – my tech was on time friendly and efficient. I just moved into a condo. He carefully explained my existing old system and then lined out 3 options on the floor with each of the actual boxes and equipment so I could visually see it. He patiently responded and when we settled on the equipment he went to work. What i liked was he included me in the placement of equipment so it wasn’t an eye sore or be blocked by furniture to come. He also was extremely patient in teaching me how to use each piece of the system. His work was neatly done and he stayed over 8 hours to finish. His pleasant personality made the day go by quickly and last night I felt safe and secure. Thanks for the fantastic service.

Sammie was great! He worked so hard to install our system and was here for hours trying to make it work. Our internet would not reach the outdoor cameras and he had a solution to get it to work. I couldn’t get my google assistant to work and I kept trying to make it work I ended up deleting my whole home and he was patient and helped me get it set back up. He was great and I appreciate him very, very much!!
Kedwin Diaz was a delightful and professional young man with the patience of a saint!! Although he was greeted with many obstacles, he overcame them in a professional manner and despite of these obstacles he managed to arrive on time for our scheduled appointment and he got the job done! Mr Diaz is an amazing asset to your company and I only wish he could be cloned so that other customers could have the same positive experience that we had today. Lastly, Mr Diaz was not only very knowledgeable about his job but he had the patience and ability to convey the information to my husband and myself in a manner that we gained knowledge of how to confidently operate our home security system!

Sheffield is a city in Colbert County, Alabama, United States, and is included in the Shoals metropolitan area. As of the 2010 census, the population of the city was 9,039. It sometimes is referred to as “the City of Senators” due to the births of Heflin, McConnell and Thompson within its borders. Col. Harland Sanders worked in the Sheffield depot for Southern Railway in the 1907. It is also house to the Muscle Shoals Sound Studio where many popular 20th century musicians recorded their work, including Alexander and Ruff. It is the site of historic Helen Keller Hospital, formerly known as Colbert County Hospital and originally constructed in 1921. It was misrepresented to Helen Keller Hospital in 1979, and Keller’s birthplace Ivy Green is located less than one mile southwest of the hospital in neighboring Tuscumbia.
